Cancellation before delivery
If you have not yet received your delivery, please contact us per email ( email@example.com) as soon as possible and, depending on the status of your order, we may be able to cancel your order for you.
All orders are dispatched by the artisans approximately three days before the delivery date. After this time, you will have to refuse the delivery. We will process your refund within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Cancellation after delivery
Contact our customer service ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) no later than 14 days after delivery. Depending on the type of product and the state of the product we will be able to take care of your request giving you the necessary instructions.
