-The wrong information may have been entered when placing the order. To check this, simply log into your Sensaterra account and double-check the delivery address you entered.
-The parcel may have been stored in a safe place by the delivery man because there was no one there to receive it. Check the back door, garage and other possible discreet places around your home.
-Someone may have accepted the parcel for you. Please check with family members, property managers, neighbours or other people who might have received the parcel for you.
